This is Dumas Goods, the seller which is hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “ours”. The buyer – a person stated as the buyer in the order, hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”.
By visiting and purchasing at our website You are accepting these terms and conditions. Upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered into between the customer and Dumas Goods. Please read the order confirmation carefully and make sure the details are in accordance with your order.
Only customers over the age of 18 are permitted to make online purchases from dumasgoods.com. If you are younger than 18, permission must be made from a parent or other person of authority.
Purchasing & Payment
DumasGoods.com accepts payments through Montonio and Stripe. We use Stripe as a payment partner and accept Visa (credit and debit cards), Mastercard (credit and debit cards), American Express, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. All card data is archived in accordance with the regulations specified by the card issuing companies. If the payment is through PayPal, you can safely transfer money for the transaction with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and an encrypted connection. When you choose to pay with your PayPal account, you will be transferred to the PayPal site automatically. Montonio is used for the bank transfer payments in our home country Lithuania or other EU countries.
In order to finish the purchase, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone number, home address, and shipping address so we can process and fulfill your order. Your payment details, credit card numbers or other card information is kept safe through the systems we use. Saved card details will never be shared with other third parties and will only be used to process your order using the payment partner system. Your card will be charged once the order is placed.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if it is not possible to reserve the purchase amount. You will receive a notification of cancellation.
Prices & Fees
The prices in EUR are including VAT. The total cost of your purchase will be specified before you confirm your order and will include all expenses related to the purchase, such as postage, customization, packaging etc. As a seller based in EU, we do not take responsibility for the countries outside EU with VAT collection. It may or may not appear when accepting the parcel depending on the country. We want to reassure you that the shipment is declared as a gift and states the lowest value. We also reserve our right to change prices at any time.
Production & Shipping
All our goods are made to order. Any item that is purchased is made after the confirmation of successful payment. As we have wide scale of sizes for Italian greyhounds and whippets, many colors, and designs, as a small and sustainable business we are not able/tend to store already made items. The processing time depends on season: Spring-Autumn (1-3 business days) Autumn-Spring (1-5 business days). After the items are made, they are shipped via the courier that is available depending on the country of destination.
Standard Shipping (International Lithuanian Post office service) – worldwide, LP Express/Omniva shipping – local, DHL shipping – DHL Germany, Omniva shipping – Baltic countries. Just in case You need a fast delivery outside/inside the Europe, please contact us directly – we will see what the couriers can offer. The shipping time depends on the selected shipping type. Local shipping (Lithuania) – 1-2 business days; Standard shipping (worldwide) – 10-25 business days depending on country; DHL Germany shipping – 5-7 business days, Omniva shipping (Baltic countries) – 5-7 business days. We accept no responsibility for delays because of customs or other circumstances that may arise. Shipping terms stated in our shipping information are a guide only. All parcels are shipped from our workshop, what means we do not sell our items on any other platform by ourselves than DumasGoods.com, Etsy, Instagram, Facebook – under Dumas Goods brand name. We have some merchants around the world that are selling DumasGoods clothing and You will recognize them from original Dumas Goods brand label. Otherwise the clothing is a copy and not original. If in doubt – contact us directly. Beware of fraudsters in order to get what You purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our garments are made to order we strongly believe You purchase responsibly, with a great attention to measuring guides and a help request of ours if needed. We cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancelation on variable*, customized*, discounted or the last units items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on the most smallest sizes as well (Italian Greyhound size XXS). The clothing are designed especially for two breeds – Italian Greyhounds and Whippets, no matter how much we love all dogs we take no responsibility when it doesn’t fit for any other breed. If the garment doesn’t appear to be picked in right size after all – the item can be returned (if eligible with the conditions), with no signs of wearing, in original packaging and with attached labels – the return must be made within 14 days after the confirmed delivery. The parcel should be registered with a tracking number (recommended), the refund cannot be issued if the parcel is lost in transit. The fees upon exchange/return/shipping are counted to the customer and are not included in refund. The exchanges/returns can be accepted from EU countries only.
Variable* – when the item has a various number of selection, such as “Neck part”, “Color for medallion” etc.;
Customized* – when the original item is customized on demand of the customer, for eg. shortened sleeves, bigger chest part, etc.
We do not accept/refund parcels without prior agreement.
